Q. What credit cards do you accept?
A. Orders can be placed by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Q. How can I check the status of my order?
A. Once your order becomes ready to be shipped, we will send you an e-mail regarding shipment.

Q. How can I change my order?
A. You can send us request for changes to email@example.com
Changes can only be made if your request is answered before the order is processed.
Once the order has been shipped, no changes can be accepted.
Q. Can I customize my order?
A. Many items can be customized; (for example; making the length of chain shorter/ longer for a necklace
or changing ear posts to clips for earrings), depending on the item's design.
Please note that for the customized items, no change or return can be allowed. (All Final Sale)
Q. What if I encounter errors during checkout?

We will provide detailed information regarding the errors occurred.
A. Personal information provided on the Website and online credit card transactions are transmitted
through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL), encryption technology.
Q. How long does it take an item to be shipped?
A. Yuna Designs products are all hand-made. Therefore, please allow a possibility of
production delay around 1 to 2 weeks. When you place an order, please check the description of item
availabilities and approximate shipping times.
In addition, Yuna Designs is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to force of nature or
other unmanageable events.
Q. How can I track my package?
A. We will send you a notice about a tracking number when your package is shipped. Please go to
either Japan Postal Service, UPS or Fedex , to track your package depending on which carrier is used for your shipment.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. Yuna Designs is accepting international orders. We charge customers an extra fee for international
shipments. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order.
Q. How much is my shipping cost?
A. For each address within Japan, the following charge is applied.
Ground Shipping with Insured Certified mail : $5 (Please allow 5 to 7 business days)
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Items are accepted for exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order, accompanied by a
receipt. Returns are subject to approval upon receipt to ensure that item has not been damaged or
altered prior to receipt.
Also please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or
taxes on any items which are returned to us.
Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Customer is responsible for any
return shipping and re-shipping of a product for exchange. You must contact us prior to shipping your
merchandise to make arrangements for a return or exchange.
All returns must be sent via insured certified mail and must include the return receipt. Please contact
customer service to make arrangements for shipments.
Please note that the above return process is applied to only orders delivered within Japan.
Internationally shipped orders are all Final Sale. Please note this point in advance.
Also earrings products are not returnable in terms of hygiene even for items delivered within Japan.
