Payment
We accept credit card payment such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Payments are processed by Stripe and all personal information is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. No personal information including credit card information is stored.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipments (Japan)
Standard shipping costs
Ground Shipping with insured certified mail : $5 (please allow 3-5 business days)
＊Once an order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation email.
International Shipments (Rest of the world)

Standard shipping costs
Postal Service (no insurance, no tracking number) : $30 (please allow 10-21 days)
International shipments are shipped via Postal Service.
If you would like to get your item delivered faster, we can also ship via UPS or FedEx. (Shipment costs differ from Standard shipping costs.)

②Gold Products
Standard shipping costs
For Gold products, all orders are applied shipment by international courier companies such as UPS or Fedex.
We charge $100(USD) as a shipment cost. (Courier shipments are insured.)

＊For customers, please read the following points carefully BEFORE placing your International order.
① Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within
the destination country. Although changes are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold.
If it exists for goods imported into the destination country, payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
② All items are handmade, so please allow around 3-4 weeks lead time. We will send a tracking number and shipment confirmation email.
③ All orders shipped internationally are Final Sale.
④ Gift wrapping is not available for international orders due to customs regulations. It is very likely that the parcel would be opened by customs. This will allow your order to be delivered as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible.

RETURN POLICY
Items are accepted for exchange or return if submitted in original packaging, undamaged, unaltered, and new condition within 7 days of your receiving your order, accompanied by a receipt and shipped properly packaged via insured certified mail.
Please note that all orders shipped international final sale.
Also all earring items are not returnable due to a hygiene reason.
Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. The buyer is responsible for any return shipments and associated costs. Before shipping, please contact info@yuna-designs.com to discuss arrangements such as the return address, packaging, and timing. The customer is responsible for the item once received, but Yuna Designs will help to ensure safe, timely transit.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Our jewelry pieces are all hand-made, the actual product you receive may slightly differ from the pictures on the website. In addition, due to the photography techniques, any item may look different in size and color.

Price of our items may be changed without notice due to the fluctuation of metal market price.
